Reservation

You can make a reservation via our website. If you encounter any difficulties, you can always reach us by phone at (+33) 0765837495.

Confirmation

Upon receiving your reservation, we will send you a preliminary written confirmation with your reservation number and the required deposit amount. You should always check the confirmation for your arrival and departure dates and other details, and report any errors immediately.

Payment

The environmental and tourist tax is €1.50 per person per day. The deposit is 50% of the total rental amount plus any applicable fees. You can make the payment upon receiving the confirmation by transferring the amount in Euros to our French account at Crédit Agricole.

Bank account number: FR76 1250 6390 2556 5434 7178 502 in the name of Camping Terre Ferme, with reference to your reservation number. Any bank charges are at your own expense.

If your payment is not received by the specified date mentioned in our preliminary confirmation, your reservation will automatically be canceled without further notice.

Before the start of the rental period of one of our accommodations, we require a security deposit of €500 in cash. Upon departure, both the tenant and the landlord will jointly inspect the accommodation.

Final Payment

• Rental Accommodation: The total amount due for the rental accommodation must be transferred to us no later than 4 weeks before arrival.
• Pitch: The total amount due for your pitch must be transferred to us 4 weeks before arrival. In exceptional cases and upon agreement, you can pay the remaining amount upon arrival at the campsite. The confirmation also serves as your invoice.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation conditions apply, and the following fees will be charged:

• Cancellation more than 1 month before the start date: 25% of the agreed price.
• Cancellation within 1 month before the start date: 75% of the agreed price.
• Cancellation within 7 days of the start date: 100% of the agreed price.

We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.

Arrival

The reserved pitch is available from 2:00 PM on your reserved arrival day. For rental accommodations, check-in is from 3:00 PM. Without any notice from you, the accommodation remains reserved for you for 24 hours. Upon arrival, check in at the reception.

Departure

On the intended day of departure, you must leave the pitch, tidied up, by 11:00 AM. For rental accommodations, check out at the reception before departure. You will receive your deposit back after inspection. Any outstanding accounts must be settled the day before departure.

Early Departure

In case of early departure, no refund will be provided, and you are required to pay the total rental amount including fees until the reserved departure date on your confirmation.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

Transferring the deposit and setting up on our campsite implies that you accept the general terms and conditions of Camping Terre Ferme.
